DACH Policies

Disability Art, Culture and History, known as DACH, is a small volunteer-led charity. We aim to keep our public website simple, clear and proportionate, while ensuring that appropriate policies and procedures are in place for the responsible running of the charity.

Privacy and data protection
DACH only collects and uses personal information where it is necessary for legitimate charity purposes, such as responding to enquiries, managing offers of support or donations, maintaining records, and meeting legal or regulatory duties. We do not sell personal information or share it for marketing purposes.

Cookies and website use
This website may use basic cookies or standard website tools to help the site function properly and understand general visitor use. We aim to avoid unnecessary tracking and do not use intrusive advertising cookies.

Accessibility
DACH is committed to making its website and public information and activities as accessible and usable as reasonably possible. We welcome feedback if visitors experience difficulty accessing any part of the site.

Policy documents
DACH has appropriate policies and procedures in place for a small charity. Further policy documents may be provided on request where reasonably required by funders, regulators, partner organisations, museums, public bodies or other authorised bodies.
